WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 17-94 on December 20, 2017 which granted an extension to December 22, 2017 to remove pallets and other illegal storage and grant to February 28, 2018 for an approved site plan by Zoning for the completion of paving and landscaping to be done by June 1, 2018 at 1936 Chelton Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on March 6, 2018 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the paving and landscaping and found these conditions [were / were not] abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is [abated and the matter resolved / not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement.
