WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 23-896 accepted the Report of Completion for Excessive Use of Inspection or Abatement Service for the Property Code Violations billed during the time period of January 20 to February 17, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has considered objections of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to their assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on September 13, 2023 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 429 of Minnesota State Statutes and Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 23-184: 399 Blair Avenue;
RLH TA 23-292: 863 Juneau Avenue;
RLH TA 23-291: 340 Lawson Avenue East;
RLH TA 23-278: 2255 Margaret Street;
RLH TA 23-277: 817 Marshall Avenue;
RLH TA 23-284: 1171 Minnehaha Avenue East;
RLH TA 23-285: 1694 Minnehaha Avenue East;
RLH TA 23-275: 1348 Minnehaha Avenue East;
RLH TA 23-293: 1062 Seventh Street West;
RLH TA 23-294: 344 University Avenue West;
RLH TA 23-289: 865 University Avenue West;
RLH TA 23-276: 2417 University Avenue West;
RLH TA-XXX: 1549 Dale Street North - delete for separate consideration, to refer to September 19, 2023 Legislative Hearing and October 4, 2023 Public Hearing; and be it further
