WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 20-396 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of January 16 to January 31, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has considered objections of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to their assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 3, 2020 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 429 of Minnesota State Statutes and Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 20-233: 861 Albert Street North;
RLH TA 20-265: 1816 Iglehart Avenue;
RLH TA 20-278: 1555 Jackson Street;
RLH TA 20-245: 1160 Maryland Avenue East;
RLH TA 20-251: 331 Pascal Street North;
RLH TA 20-304: 832 Third Street East;
RLH TA 20-249: 2155 Waukon Avenue;
RLH TA 20-346: 128 Cook Avenue East;
RLH TA 21-79: 1696 Bohland Avenue;
RLH TA 21-101: 876 Margaret Street;
RLH TA 21-XX: delete 1195 Arona Street for separate consideration to be referred back to Legislative Hearing on March 16, 2021;
RLH TA 21-XX: delete 655 Jessamine Avenue East for separate consideration to be referred back to Legislative Hearing on March 16, 2021 and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
