Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: Appellant showed staff a picture of the condemnation placard placed on his property today, 1/5/26. Appellant emailed the picture to staff, but staff did not receive it. Appellant brought the Correction Notice dated 12/1/25 for the appeal. Inspector Keith Demarest said he is writing the condemnation report this afternoon. Correction Notice dated 1/5/26 has been added to this appeal.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Robert Jennrich to a Correction Notice, which includes condemnation, at 873 FRONT AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to July 17, 2026 to complete the probate process, noting the items on the order are now in compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
