Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): PO paid hauler on Jan 9, 2025

Staff Comments: PO sent Q4 2024 and Q1 2025 payments together, not realizing how garbage billing works in Saint Paul. Republic agreed to reduce assessment amount by $96.98 (the current refund credit due to PO) instead of issuing a refund check to PO. Staff recommends reducing the current assessment of $190.18 to $93.20.
