Whereas, the May 1, 2025 - April 30, 2028 Labor Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades District Council 82 was approved by City Council on August 13, 2025; and
Whereas, the City of Saint Paul and the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades District Council 82 have a tentative Memorandum of Agreement for the 2026 Wage and Fringe Adjustment (Dues Only) that, once approved, shall be effective as of January 1, 2026 (or closest pay period); now therefore, be it
Resolved, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to the Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.3 (5) hereby approves and ratifies the attached Memorandum of Agreement for the January 2026 Wage and Fringe Adjustment (Dues Only) between the City of Saint Paul and the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades District Council 82.
