WHEREAS, on March 17, 2024, MOOV Enterprise LLC d/b/a MOOV Rideshare (License ID #20240001462) applied for a license approval to the Transportation Network Company license for the premises at 445 Minnesota St., in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, in response to the notification no objections or comments were received; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, the license application approval for the Transportation Network Company license is hereby approved and issued to MOOV Enterprise LLC d/b/a MOOV Rideshare (License ID #20240001462) for the premises located at 445 Minnesota St. in Saint Paul with no existing license conditions.
