Setting a public hearing date of November 6, 2013 to establish the 2014 water rates.

BE IT RESOLVED, that in accordance with Section 85.01 dealing with Water Charges, the Council does hereby set a public hearing of the proposed Water Chargesfor the year 2014 on November 6, 2013 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
FURTHER RESOLVED, Saint Paul Regional Water Services is hereby directed to publish notice of said hearing, the publication of which is to be at least ten (10) days before the public hearing in a newspaper of general circulation.
