Authorizing a transfer of appropriations between the Saint Paul City Council General Fund and Special Projects Fund in the amount of $50,000 to align Audit Committee spending with past practices.

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council has historically paid for Audit Committee expenses from the Special Projects Fund,
WHEREAS, the Audit Committee spending authority in the 2026 Adopted Budget is located in the City General Fund,
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.4 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for transfer of appropriation funds of $50,000 in the City General Fund; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor that $50,000 is available for transfer of appropriation in the City General Fund, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the particulars as specified in the attached financial analysis.
