The attached fiscal analysis adds Year-Round STAR funds to an existing Cultural STAR project approved via Council Resolution #PH 17-7, establishes three (3) Year-Round STAR project codes as directed by City Council Resolutions #17-108, #17-147 and #17-208 and returns the balance of two (2) Year-Round STAR projects completed under budget to the Ward 5 Year-Round STAR Program.
