Be it Resolved, that upon execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Fire Department Tort Liability Fund 1-10022100-74205 to Krueger Law Firm in the amount of sixteen thousand ($16,000.00) in full and final settlement of their liability damage stemming from an auto incident on or about February 4, 2024 in Saint Paul, MN.
