Approving the application with conditions, per the Deputy Legislative Hearing Officer, for Liquor On Sale - 181-290 Seats, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, and Restaurant (5) - 151 Seats and over licenses, for Blazin Wings Inc. (I.D. #20130000167), d/b/a Buffalo Wild Wings at 80 Snelling Avenue North.

WHEREAS, the Deputy Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the application for Buffalo Wild Wings for Liquor On Sale - 181-290 Seats, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, and Restaurant (5) - 151 Seats and over licenses, be approved with the following conditions:
1. Management staff will use reasonable efforts to safely ensure that patrons leave the premises in an orderly manner and are not be permitted to loiter in the areas immediately adjacent to the restaurant or in the parking lot at closing.
2. No illuminated signs will be allowed in the window on Ashland.
3. Licensee's staff shall pick up trash daily in the areas immediately adjacent to the restaurant and in the parking lot.
4. The driveway relocation, planned for Ashland, will be initiated on/or before July 15, 2013, with an expected completion date of August 15, 2013.
WHEREAS, Buffalo Wild Wings will submit a landscaping plan for approval no later than Monday, June 24, 2013, and that the landscaping must be installed no later than September 15, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the existing curb cut on Ashland that leads to the northeast corner of the building will be narrowed as shown on Buffalo Wild Wings' approved site plan (See, Attachment #6); and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves this license application with the aforementioned agreed-upon conditions.
The Conditions Affidavit was signed and submitted on June 4, 1013.
