Appeal of JoAn M. Mullins to a Notice of Condemnation as Unfit for Human Habitation and Order to Vacate at 15 ANNAPOLIS STREET WEST.
Purpose of Appeal
I have lived in this house since it was built. I will desire to stay there. I am not ill. The house is messy. I have no office in the house. I have about 40 [unreadable] interests that I receive paper updates on and work on them in the front room so there is a lot of paperwork. No one smokes in the house. One reason for staying there is that only my germs are in it. I am not ill. The blocked door is to warn anyone using it that there is about a 1 ft. drop to the top step outside. That is the only blocked exit. Since I had two unsolved robberies, I have had security on the house and have city license for it. (Underline is hers.)
