WHEREAS, J & A, Inc. d/b/a Los Ocampos (License ID #20150002452) applied for a Liquor On Sale-100 Seats or less, Liquor On Sale-Sunday, Liquor On Sale 2AM Closing, Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) and Entertainment A license for the premises located at 615 University Avenue West; and

WHEREAS, the licensee submitted a good faith letter explaining their process for obtaining petition signatures and approval from Frogtown Neighborhood Association (District 7) along with copies of sample letters to nearby residents; and

WHEREAS, DSI was able to verify the licensee obtained twenty-three (23) of forty-two (42) possible signatures for a fifty-five (55) percent support of the petition required for a Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; and

WHEREAS, the Frogtown Neighborhood Association (District 7) sent a letter to DSI in support of a 45-day waiver of the notification waiting period in order to grant a Liquor On Sale-100 Seats or less, Liquor On Sale-Sunday, Liquor On Sale 2AM Closing, Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) and Entertainment A license; and

WHEREAS, Council finds the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of any of the licenses, now therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, the Liquor On Sale-100 Seats or less, Liquor On Sale-Sunday, Liquor On Sale 2AM Closing, Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) and Entertainment A licenses are hereby granted to J & A, Inc. d/b/a Los Ocampos (License ID #20150002452) for the premises located at 615 University Avenue West in Saint Paul with the following conditions:
