WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in RES 16-38 accepted the Report of Completion of Assessment for an upgrade in size to water connection serving 1342 Van Buren Avenue.

Final Order: RES PH 15-92 Approved: 05/06/2015
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on March 2, 2016 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 76 of the Administrative Code, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
