Purpose of Appeal:  Storage is on my property.  X Post Facto - Been there for over 20 years.  Maintained - not a problem - till Gold Line decided to come thru my property & around my property.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Lesley Anizor to a Correction Notice at 692 WILSON AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council Deny the appeal and grant an extension to December 2 to get approval for intermodal container to remain or be removed by February 3, 2025; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
