WHEREAS, St Paul Event Center and Catering, LLC d/b/a St Paul Event Center (License ID #20190002716) applied for a Liquor On Sale-291 or more Seats, a Liquor On Sale-Sunday, and an Entertainment (B) license for the premises located at 400 Wabasha Street North Suite 320; and
WHEREAS, no petition of support was required for the Entertainment (B) license since there are no residential uses within three-hundred fifty (350) feet of the area to be licensed; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the approval of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, an Entertainment (B) license are hereby approved and issued to St Paul Event Center and Catering, LLC d/b/a St Paul Event Center (License ID #20190002716) for premises located at 400 Wabasha Street North Suite 320 in Saint Paul.
