Authorizing the Police Department to add fund equity to its 2023 Special Fund operating budget to more accurately reflect expenditures for a position change.
Body
WHEREAS, an amendment to the 2023 Special Fund budget for the position change in False Alarms from Office Assistant IV to Management Assistant III ; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $10,700 in excess of those estimated in the 2023 budget and recommends the following changes; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor that $10,700 is available for appropriation in the Police Department Special Fund budget, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the particulars as specified in the attached financial analysis.
