AMENDED 5/7/25

 

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 25-32 on April 23, 2025 which granted an extension to April 18, 2025 to abate the nuisance conditions at 1016 Desoto Street; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on May 6, 2025 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions forthcoming; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and matter resolved forthcoming, pending May 6, 2025 Legislative Hearing.
