RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 the total sum of seventeen thousand two hundred and fifty dollars and no cents ($17,250.00) in full and final settlement of Plaintiffs' claims in Rachel Gee and Robert Gee v. the City of Saint Paul, CAO File No. 2014-01044 for all claims for damages and medical bills regarding the accident occurring on August 13, 2012.
