WHEREAS on August 7, 2024, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 24-50 to ratified the assessment for Rubbish & Garbage Clean Up services during February 1 to 12, 2024. (File No. J2420R, Assessment No. 248524); and

 

WHEREAS, the property at 99 Orange Avenue West, being described as: Wifelburg Hills Lot 29 Blk 3, with the property identification number 19-29-22-33-0119 was assessed an amount of $353; and

 

WHEREAS, Robert Monson came to the officer after receiving the invoice to appeal this fee because he indicated did not received notice of the abatement nor notice of hearing and wants to contest.  He also stated that if there is a reduction, he would be happy to pay for the chairs, but the garbage on the other side of his garage; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer will review this on August 22, 2024 Legislative Hearing to determine her recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $353, plus any accrued interests, be forthcoming.
