WHEREAS, Scott Backes has offered to donate technical rescue equipment valued at $3,458 to the Saint Paul Fire Department, and
WHEREAS, the Fire Department would like to accept the donation of the technical rescue equipment; and
WHEREAS, the public purpose of the donation is to provide the department's technical rescue team with equipment; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Saint Paul City Council accepts the donation of the technical rescue equipment from Scott Backes and thanks him for his generous donation.
