Body

WHEREAS on February 12, 2025, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 25-2, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during July to September 2024. (File No. CG2501A2, Assessment No. 250112); and

WHEREAS, the property at 611 Marshall Avenue, being described as: Mackubin and Marshall’s Addition to St. Paul Lot 17 Blk 26, with the property identification number 36-29-23-33-0036 was assessed an amount of $12.34; and

WHEREAS, Public Works staff recommends deleting the assessment as the bill had already been paid by property owner; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $12.34, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 25-2 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
