Purpose of Appeal

Provide service of heating facility.  No one is living at the house at this time.  I work Fort Worth Independent School Department.  I can't get to MN until after school is out.  Snow hopefully will melt and have only the heating issue.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of John D. Foster to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1666 MARYLAND AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal, as access to the property was not provided; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
