WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Si Nguyen, owner and Joann Nguyen, daughter to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 507 Virginia Street, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive vacant building fee through June 1, 2024 to have Fire Certificate of Occupancy issued and all permits finaled, otherwise property will remain a Category 2 Vacant Building and require a code compliance inspection; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
