WHEREAS, in the matter of Yer Yang and Lee Kay to a Water Service Bill at 463 Como Avenue, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the Saint Paul Regional Water Services Board reduce the bill for the time period of May 27 through August 27, 2021 from $2,240.52 to $1,938.66, allowing SPRWS to establish a payment plan if owner wishes to do so for up to a period of 64 months; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul Regional Water Services Board hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
