Purpose of Appeal
Please accept this as a request for appeal and variance related to Items 1 and 2 [escape windows] on list on report dated 1/14/11 (postmarked 1/18/11 and received 1/20/11):
The window sizes are very close to the required size and we request a variance in oder to maintain the current windows as to install new windows would create a hardship.
All other items listed, we are working toward remedying and/or notifying tenant for their adjustment and ongoing required maintenance.
Please also accept this as an appeal for extension for completion of remaining items listed on report.
