Authorization for the Police Department to enter into a Master Subscription Agreement with Kanopy, LLC.

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Police Department wishes to enter into a Master Subscription Agreement with Kanopy, LLC which includes an indemnification clause and a 30 day cancellation notice by both parties without penalty; and
WHEREAS, this agreement will allow for access to streaming digital video for essential law enforcement training; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the council approves entering into and authorizes Chief Thomas Smith to implement the agreement with Kanopy, LLC which includes an indemnification clause in a form and content substantially as set forth in the attached.
