Making finding on the Appeal of Kinnell Tacket to a nuisance abatement ordered for 444 JOHNSON PARKWAY in Council File RLH CO 26-4.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH CO 26-4 on August 12, 2026 which granted an extension to September 14, 2026 to abate the nuisance conditions at 444 Johnson Parkway; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on September 15, 2026 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions [were / were not] abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is [abated and the matter resolved / not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement].
