Granting of a permanent easement for drainage and utilities to Ramsey County within Como Golf Course.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul (“City”) is owner of property addressed as 1431 Lexington Parkway North, known as Como Golf Course (“Premises”); and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County (“County”) constructed stormwater improvements resulting in water quality improvements at the Premises in 1986; and
WHEREAS, easements over said improvements were never executed and recorded as part of the project; and
WHEREAS, the County, acting through its Director of Public Works, desires to secure permanent drainage and utility easement rights over the Premises; and
WHEREAS, the proposed easement and legally described easement area is an attachment hereto; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper officers are hereby authorized to execute the attached Permanent Drainage and Utility Easement and Agreement.
