Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: no photos. Appellant told staff that the inspector told her to file this late appeal. Staff talked to Franquiz who confirmed what the appellant said and that he is rescheduling the 1/4/17 reinspection on this property so that an appeal can be filed.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Fawn Vo to a Correction Notice-Reinspection complaint at 913 MARION STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant extension to February 1, 2017: 1) items related to electrical repairs and must be done under permit, if required; 2) the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms need to work properly; and 3) patch the large hole on the first floor bathroom ceiling; grant an extension to June 1, 2017 for the remaining items; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
