Purpose of Appeal: Had a substantial number of things to fix, had inspection, inspector found thing that weren't on the list the first time, needing more time then 1 month to finish things with Holidays in between, asked for extension the 1st time, I as a contractor do things the right way. I ordered 8 new fire doors for every apartment and they took 5 weeks to get.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Bryan Voyda, on behalf of Allen Kremer, to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy with Deficiencies at 1138 RICE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to February 21, 2020 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
