Purpose of Appeal: 717 Unit A Basement bathroom plumbing is rough in - done with a permit - plumbing project. Bathroom not finished - sealed off toilet & plumbing capped off - bathroom upstairs. No need for a second bathroom at this time. Called in plumber for Est too expensive. Cannot afford at this time. Will provide pictures at hearing. Plumbing legally sealed off by Mid City Mechanical in Mpls.

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
