WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Scott Somers to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 1525 ALAMEDA STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal per the conditions outlined in the Appellant's letter for Items 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 and grant a 6-inch variance on the openable height of the egress windows in the second floor bedrooms for Item 10; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
