Amending the financing and spending plans in the Department of Public Works Capital Budget for the University Avenue Reconstruction Project.
Body
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works is reconstructing University Avenue, a designated Common Cents (1% Sales Tax) funded project; and
WHEREAS, additional funding of $3,000,000 for the University Project is required due to added scope, increased material cost, and higher right-of-way expenses; now, therefore via
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of Public Works, to amend the spending budget for the reallocation of funds within existing budgets. The Director of the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner specified in the attached financial analysis.
