Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 761 HOWELL STREET NORTH in Council File RLH SAO 23-26.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 23-26 on July 26, 2023 which granted an extension to November 1, 2023 to abate the nuisance conditions at 761 Howell Street North; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on November 7, 2023 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
