WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Dan Hekrdle to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 670 BELLOWS STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal and the vacant building file is closed; however, appellant needs to come into compliance with the Fire inspection list from August 15, 2011. Vacant Building staff will be conducting nigh checks of the property and report to hearing officer in three (3) months; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
