BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul, based on a review of the legislative hearing record testimony heard at public hearing on December 15, 2010 and motion of intent hereby memorializes the decisions for the following:
1. Deny the appeal of Helen E. Fairbanks at 911 Dale Street North in reference to the November 4, 2010 Notice of Condemnation Unfit for Human Habitation Order to Vacate letter;
2. Deny the appeal of Wally Nelson, Renovation Inc. at 513 Van Buren Avenue in reference to the November 3, 2010 Correction Notice-Complaint Inspection and Vacant Building Registration Notice letters;
3. Deny the appeal of Michael Gross at 852 Albemarle Street in reference to the November 17, 2010 Notice of Condemnation Unfit for Human Habitation Order to Vacate letter;
4. Grant the appeal of A. Espinosa at 211 Kim Place in reference to the November 1, 2010 Notice of Condemnation Unfit for Human Habitation Order to Vacate letter; and
5. Deny the appeal of Janice and Jim Mott at 642 White Bear Avenue North in reference to the November 5, 2010 Notice of Condemnation Unfit for Human Habitation Order to Vacate letter.
