RESOLVED, the City Council for the City of Saint Paul authorizes and directs the proper City officials to hereby pay the amount of $210,000 in full and final settlement of the employment-related claim involving former Saint Paul Fire Department employee, Jodie Carroll against the City of St. Paul for all damages, injuries and costs as set forth in the executed Release attached hereto.
