Title
Appeal of Scott Swanson to a Correction Notice-Reinspection Complaint at 999 HUDSON ROAD.
Date/Time of 1st LH: Tuesday, June 29, 2021, teleconference between 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Purpose of Appeal: The time frame given to fix the deficiency list is not realistic. I didn't receive the notice until 6/15.
I don't know. They issued me a Cert. of Occ. Spring 2021. I haven't been in the tenant's unit after the issuance of COO. Any deficiencies had to have been issued by the tenants. If the deficiencies were present prior to the issuance of the COO, then why did inspector Thomas sign off?
Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: June 10, 2021
Inspector/Key Staff: James Thomas
