Establishing the rate of pay for the new classification of Data Release Specialist in EG 02, AFSCME Technical, Grade 037.

WHEREAS, a new classification of Data Release Specialist was created; and
WHEREAS, an organizational design study was conducted at the request of the Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the result of the organizational design study instructs that the rate of pay for the new classification of Data Release Specialist be established at the rate set forth in Grade 037, of Employee Group 02, the AFSCME Technical Salary Schedule; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3 (5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the new classification of Data Release Specialist be established at the rate set forth in Grade 037, of Employee Group 02, the AFSCME Technical Salary Schedule, and that this resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay period following its passage and approval.
