Amending assessment for property clean up on private property at 1068 SUMMIT AVENUE from July 16 to July 29, 2010.

WHEREAS on January 5, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES 11-9, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for property clean up on private property from July 16 to July 29, 2010 (Real Estate Project Number J1101A, Assessment Number 118949); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1068 Summit Avenue, being described as: Summit Park Addition Tost Pa W 2o Ft Of Lot 7 And All Of Lot 8 Blk 39, with the property identifification number 02-28-23-32-0077 was assessed an amount of $3,112.00; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections recommends reducing the assessment from $3,112.00 to $400.00 as a portion of the assessment it was made in error; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with this action; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $2,712, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File RES 11-9 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
