WHEREAS on July 16, 2025, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 25-57, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Securing and/or Emergency Boarding services during January 2025. (File No. J2510B1, Assessment No. 258115); and
WHEREAS, the property at 747 PAYNE AVENUE, being described as: Watson’s Division “D” Subj to Payne Ave Lots 1 Thru Lot 5, with the property identification number 29-29-22-43-0091 was assessed an amount of $1,358; and
WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing was held on August 5, 2025 under SR 25-146 to review the matter and the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends ratifying the assessment and made payable over 2 years; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, the Saint Paul City Council hereby ratifies the assessment of $1,358, plus any accrued interests, and made payable over 2 years and Council File No. RLH AR 25-57 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
