Purpose of Appeal:  I am working with two companies:  1) Chris Ryan from Rebuilding Together Twin Cities at 651-776-4273, and 2) Emily Bowen from SMRLS (Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services) at 651-222-5863.  Emily is assisting with legal help for transferring the house to my name, so Rebuild can do the roof.  (paraphrased)

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Wayne C. Stainbrook to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter at 449 HATCH AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
