Title

Body

WHEREAS on June 16, 2021, the City Council adopted Council File RLH AR 21-47, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Fire Certificate of Occupancy fees billed during December 21 to January 12, 2021. (File No. CRT2108, Assessment No. 218208)

 

WHEREAS, the property at 856 Raymond Avenue, being described as: Common Interest Community Number 596 856 Raymond Condominiums Unit A, with the property identification number 29-29-23-42-0109 was assessed an amount of $346; and

 

WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff has contacted our office requesting that the fee be amended and reduced from $346 to $189 (deleting the service charge) as there was a billing error in processing the fee to assessment;

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore Be It,

 

RESOLVED, that Council File RLH AR 21-47 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
