Making finding on the appealed of Edward Albrecht to a nuisance abatement ordered for 1529 GRANTHAM STREET in Council File RLH SAO 24-52.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 24-52 on September 18, 2024 which granted an extension to October 1, 2024 to abate the nuisance conditions for summary and vehicle abatement orders at 1529 Grantham Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 1, 2024 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
