Reducing assessment from $1,235.00 to $500.00 for collection of delinquent vacant building fees (re-invoiced) at 1193 PAYNE AVENUE due to compliance with conditions established in Legislative Hearing.
 
Body
WHEREAS, on October 20, 2010, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #10-1190, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for delinquent vacant building fees (re-invoiced) (File No. VB1006C, Assessment No. 108992); and
 
WHEREAS, the property at 1193 PAYNE AVENUE, being described as: Joseph R Weides Addition Lots 7 & Lot 8 Blk 1, with the property identification number 29-29-22-12-0208 was assessed an amount of $1,235.00; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends reducing the assessment from $1,235.00 to $500.00 as the work was completed within 6 weeks from the legislative hearing; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, that Council File #10-294 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
