Summary  
Appellant Albert Johnson appeared and provided a provided a rough sketch of the downstairs.  
 
Ms. Moermond asked for a staff report.  Ms. Shaff said that Mr. Johnson was to have provided a floor plan of the first floor.
Ms. Moermond reviewed the drawing.  Mr. Johnson said his hope had been to stay at the property so he could work on it, but it was irrelevant now because everyone had moved out, and he had completed everything on the list and was ready for a reinspection.
 
Ms. Shaff said Mr. Johnson should call for an appointment.
 
Ms. Moermond said she would grant a little time in case things were not quite done.  She said she would recommend that the Council deny the appeal and grant three more weeks for compliance on all items.
