Body

WHEREAS on May 1, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 13-20, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up services during December 2012 at 391 Stinson Street (File No. J1306A, Assessment No. 138505); and

WHEREAS, the property at 391 Stinson Street, being described as: Robert A. Smith's Rearrangement of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Wilkin and Hayward's Outlots Lot 28 Blk 2, with the property identification number 25-29-23-31-0016 was assessed an amount of $320.00; and

WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment since owners, Floyd and Michael Tennant, did not receive proper legal notification; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $320.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 13-20 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
