Purpose of Appeal:  I just purchased the house and my contact info. wasn't correct. I was also dealing with my sick mom outside the state. I want to move in my property as soon as possible.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Hassan Haydar to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 480 GERANIUM AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 90 days to March 1, 2025; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
